I've been road-testing 'The Wanderer' for weeks. Laptop, a 1-litre drink bottle (full of salty water — thanks, POTS), all the mum-of-two-boys chaos. She holds her shape through all of it. What's surprised me more? "Where did you get your bag?" more times than I can count.
Why 'Wanderer'
To me, wandering was never really about the passport stamps. It was the soul's version of movement — going somewhere just to see what's there, trusting the next step before you've planned it.
Right now, my own wandering is paused. I'm doing the quiet, unglamorous work of getting my brain well enough to do it again. So I named her Wanderer — not for the travels I've already had, but for the ones I'm rebuilding toward. And I know I'm not the only one carrying something like this. Who can make this
Anyone. Our instructions are tested on my 11-year-old, poorly-coordinated son — sorry, Alex. One note: Sari yarn has natural variation in thickness and the odd knot — it's recycled from dresses, and every dress is different. Our tutorials show you exactly how to work with and around that, so you're covered. If you get sore wrists or hands while crafting, or already deal with wrist or hand issues, reach out — we've got plenty of ways to work around it.
